Refund Policy

At Buzz-Prout.com, we are committed to providing our clients with high quality email marketing services. We understand that on occasion situations may arise where a customer may wish to request a refund. Below is our refund policy which sets out the applicable conditions and procedures.

  1. Services provided

Buzz-Prout.com specializes in the creation, management and delivery of email marketing campaigns. Our services include, but are not limited to, custom campaign design, audience segmentation, results analysis and campaign optimization.

  1. Conditions for requesting a refund

Since our services are intangible, our refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the customer considers that the services provided do not comply with the terms agreed in the contract or with the expectations expressed prior to contracting, he/she may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the purchase.
  • Refund requests should be sent in writing via our contact email address, help@buzz-prout.com, and should include a detailed description of the reason for the request.
  • In the event that the campaign has been completed or the e-mails have already been sent, no refund will be offered, since the services will have been provided as requested.
  1. Process for requesting a refund

If you qualify for a refund, the process will be as follows:

  • Send an email to contacto@buzz-prout.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Please provide your order number, a detailed description of your request and the reason why you believe the refund should be applied.
  • Our customer service team will review the request within 5 business days and will contact you to inform you of the resolution of the request.
  1. Exceptions to the refund policy
  • Payments made for campaigns, customized services or work that has already been performed will not be refundable once delivered.
  • In the event that the service has been cancelled or modified at the customer's request after the work has begun, no refund will be offered.
  • No refunds will be offered for changes of opinion or personal dissatisfaction with the results obtained, as long as the services have been delivered as stipulated in the contract.
  1. Cancellation of services

If you decide to cancel a service before the execution of the campaign, you may do so without penalty, provided that the cancellation is made before the work is started (for example, before the creation of the design or audience segmentation). In this case, a refund proportional to the services not rendered will be made.

  1. Modifications to the reimbursement policy

Buzz-Prout.com reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be notified to users via the website or by email.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to the refund will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
