All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to Buzz Sprout's products and services are the exclusive property of Buzz Sprout. As a reseller, you are not granted any rights to Buzz Sprout's intellectual property.

3. Commissions and payments::

The Buzz Sprout Reseller Program offers commissions and discounts on Buzz Sprout products and services. The amount of commissions and discounts are established in the terms and conditions of the reseller program. Payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reseller program.

4. Confidentiality::

Buzz Sprout resellers must maintain the confidentiality of Buzz Sprout business and customer information at all times. This includes any customer contact information, pricing, contracts, financial information, and any other information deemed confidential.

5. Dispute resolution:

Any dispute related to the reseller program will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The arbitration will take place in Mexico. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
